Mr David Robertson, of Byron street, Kew, Victoria, was, at the ripe age of 80 ■ years, attacked most virulently by rheumatism, first in the knee, next in the left hip, and then in the shoulderg, wrists, hands, knees, and legs. He was rendered entirely helpless. Every friend he had re-1 commended different remedies in turn — sulphur, kerosene, outwardly and inwardly, citric acid, marsh mallow fomentations, hot sea baths, se\eial bottles of % largely-adver-tieed cure for rheumatism, and other articles were all tried without the slightest benefit accruing. Ultimately Mr Robertson came to the conclusion that his ailment was incmable. A little while later, however, a friend induced him to try Dr. Williams' Pink Pills. He followed the directions carefully and pat ientlv, and in about three weeks or a month after nist taking them ho noticed a considerable improvement in his condition; he had then taken two boxes. He persevered witjb, ihe remedy, and little by little, his ailment pave him less and less trouble. He continued in this manner until he had taken about 10 or 11 boxe.s, the time occupied being from six to seven months. At this stage every tritce of rheumatism had left him, and lie was absolutely and perfectly cured in every particular. He is now quite free from Eain. Mr Robertson, in conclusion, said he a<l recommended Dr. Williams' Pink Pills to many of his friends, and they had received most beneficial rtsults from their use. Hβ was well known in the locality, and certainly continues to recommend them. This case is one which amply demonstrated then brvellous curative properties of this universal medicine, under the most adverse circumstances. If an old gentleman of 80 years of age can be cured of rheumatism, what may not be effected in those cases in which the eufferer is a much younger man or woman? The answer is too obvious to need insertion
