CHINA INFRINGING BRITISH RIGHTS. United Pran Association-By Electric Telegraph Copyright. Received June Bth, 12.20 a.m. London, June 7. " The Times " says that, despite official assurances, the Tsungli-Yamen has modified the regulations regarding the navigation of the inland waters of China, tampering with British concessions, and infringing treaty rights. Sir Claude Macdonald, British Ambassador at Pekin, has required the Chinese Government to rectify the infringement.
