The annual meeting of the Prince of Wales' Royal Arch Chapter, No. 1916, E.C, was held at the Masonic Hall on Friday evening. There was a large attendance of Companions to witness the ceremony of installation of Principals and officers, including representatives from the Canterbury Kilwinning,. 136, S.C.; Albert Edward Chapter, No. 6, N.Z. and Otago Chapter, No. 7, N.Z.C. M.E. Comp. W. H. Gundry, P.Z., assisted by M.E. Comp. Rev. W. Ronaldson, P.Z., conducted the installation, the music being under the direction of Comp. S. Davies, organist. Comp. Clarence F. Turner sang "The Power of God" (Beethoven) and "Angels of Charity " (Handel), the music generally added * much to the impressive ceremony. The officers installed for the ensuing year were:—M.E. Comp. Jackson, S.N. ; Comp. Trevathan Burns, P.S. " Comp. L. A. Slater, S.S. ; Comp. Dr. Mannine, T.S. ; Comp. H. B. Hamlin, D.C. ; Comp. Lawrence Davies, -Organist ; Comp. A. Gee, Janitor. In presenting the balance sheet M.E. Comp. C. Dillworth Fox, the retiring _„, alluded to the excellent financial position of the Chapter.
