THE COLONIAL BANK LIQUIDATORS.

DUNEDIN, March 22.
Sir Justice Williams gave his decision today in the matter ot the remuneration of the liquidators of the Colonial Bank as reported from the Registrar. Mr Vigors was allowed £1500 per annum np to October 31st, 1897, and up to £1200 per annum up to February, 1898. Messrs Simpson and Ramsay to be considered paid in full to August, 1896, when they drew £700; up to November, 1897, the remuneration to be at the rate of £1000 a year ; up to the 28th February they had drawn £50 per month. He thought they should be considered to be paid in full up to that period.
