TURKEY AND BULGARIA.
United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph Copyright. Beceived llaroh 22nd, 12.45 a.m. Sofia, March 21. The activity displayed by the Macedonian Committee in Bulgaria has induced Turkey to mass troops on the frontier.
The situation is at present strained, despite Prince Ferdinand's efforts to repress the agitators.
Seryia and Roumania are jealously watching Bulgaria.
