(PRESS ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM.) DUNEDLY, March 16.. One of the largest sales of city and suburban property held for some years "took place to-day, when Mr D. M. Spedding disposed of properties of the Assess Realisation Board, the sale realidng £19,500. One ■ of the town lots was the Albion Brevrity property, which realised £8100. Twenty years ago this property was sold to Messrs Marshall and Copeland for £21,210,1 having been originally built for a distillery. The , unsold portion of the Balmacewan town* ship, Upper Kaikorai, comprising 69 a„-ei f realised only-£2OOO. " *
