Lord Rosebery regretted the illness of Lord Salisbury, whom he complimented on his matohless experience in foreign affairs and his high spirit of patriotism. Mr Ritchie, President of the Boartl of Trade, said all existing disputes with other powers would probably \x amioably settled. Received March 19th, 12.30 _m.
