HHEA FIBRE, Mc Max Bown sails for Australia shortly to negotiate with the Colonial Premiers with a view to the cultivation of Ilhea fibre in the Australasian colonies. ANDREK'S BALLOON. September 18. A niessago received by Reuter states that the balloon in which Andre"e left for the North Pole was sighted at Yeneseisk, in Siberia, on September 14th. MYSTERIOUS DEATH OF A CLERGYMAN. The Rev. Aubrey Price, of Clapham, has died from a revolver wound. The deceased, before his death, declared that the wound was caused by burglars, but the police are inclined to doubt the accuracy of his story, EVACUATION OF THESSALY. Paris, September 18. M. Hanotaux, the Foreign Minister, states that Turkey will withdraw from Thessaly directly '25,000,000 drachmas ate paid.
