(PEKSa ASSOCIATION TBLEGRAM.) DUNEDIN, August 27. .. In the Divorce Court to-day in suitScpW v Scott and Low, in which a rule rmi .bwbeen granted, Mr Justice Williams refused to grant costs against the co-respondent, stating that the Chief Justice and Mr J. Edwards, with whom he ha*l communicated, thought that as the co-respondent had nqt; known in the first inetance that th<? respondent was a married woman he should not be called upon to pay costs. MrJuetiCO Williams expressed his oonourrenoe with the views of the other Judges.
