POSALS. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. London, August 26. The Standard says that most of the Powers are inclined to adopt Lord Salisbury'a view in regard to limiting the foreign financial control of Greece to the revenues assigned for the purposes of the war indemnity loan. August 27. Lord Salisbury proppses that Great Bcitain, France and Eussia shall guarantee the Greek indemnity loan and control the revenues assigned as security.
