Punctually at nine the office was opened, and while one entered the room with the Registrar the other waited. The Registrar marked both applications 9.1 a.m., but as it was 9.8 before the second application was in the Registrar's hands, the first man is taking proceedings to compel the Registrar to give the certificate as to the time. The Registrar pleads that he can only deal with one application at a time, and as both applicants attended together, he considers the applications were simultaneous. Judgment was reserved.
