MEMBERS' RAILWAY PASSES.
A new gold railway pass has been designed, and is now being issued by the Department of Railways to members of the Legislature, The pass is in the form of a Maltese cross, surmounted by a crown. On one side are the words, " Member of Parliament," and on the other "New Zealand Railways, free pass," with the name of the electorate represented by the member to whom the pass is issued.
