In the cose of the Bank of New Zealand v Walter Guthrie and Co., Limited, Mr Hosking said the question to.be inquired into was whether tjhe debentures covered the whole of the assets. That question would be argued in the in teres— of the unsecured creditors, and counsel asked that '* day might be fixed. Mr Justice VYUlialß— said he could hot fixia day. The adjudication on disputed claims against the estates of Walter Guthrie and Co. was adjourned until 27th July at the request of Mr Hosking, who said that unless there were free assets it would be absolutely useless to make inquiry sis to claims to be paid out of free assets. .
