The following is the calendar of cases up to date for the annual session on Monday next:—
Regina v Frank Monck —Assault with intent.
Regina" v Henry Cooke—Burglary and theft. Regina v Albert Findlay—Theft. Regina v James Pearson—Breaking and entering and theft.
Regina v William Williams and Regan Williams—Attempting to set fire to a dwellinghouse ; breaking and entering and theft; burglary and theft (two charges). Rsgina v William Gear—Theft. Ragina v James Stevenson—Breach of the Bankruptcy Act.
Regina v Thomas Park and J. F. Reece — Forgery and uttering (two cases). .. Ragina v. Hugh Fraser alias William Siioehan—Murder.
