Reynolds, tbe well-known oyclist, to compete at the World's Championship Meeting at Glasgow in July next, Reynolds intimated that he would have great difficulty in arranging his business matters under such a short notice, and as the majority of the meeting considered the time he would have for preparation to be much too short, they decided that they would abandon the matter until next year.
