Captain McClatchio returned from the North by the Penguin yesterday. Mr Pickering was a passenger for Wellington by the Mararoa yesterday. The Rev. J. D. Jory went by the same steamer. Mr James Mills returned to Dunedin by yesterday's express. Mr W. Cane left for Nelson by the Mararoa yesterday. Miss Maunder, Rangitikei, went North by the Waihora yesterday. Mr Gilruth is a passenger from Welb'ngton by the Manapouri to-day. Mr W. Rollitt, Hororata, was in Ashburton yesterday.
