Monday, November 23. p (Before his Honour Mr Justice Denniston.) His Honour sat at 11 a.m. WASHINGTON V WASHINGTON. In this case Mr Crisp applied for a decree nisi, ou the* part of the wife, dissolving the marriage. There was no appearance on the part of the respondent. After hearing evidence, ~' His Honour made an order nisi. •' PATTERSON V MURRAY. '1J; The hearing of this case was adjourned until Thursday, 26th inst., at 11 a.m. f ADAMS V ADAMS. ]"', The Fplaintiff in this case was William Acton Adams, and the defendants Martha, William and Percy B. Adams. This was an action to recover possession of certain land-.-**-* - *
Mr Stringer appeared for plaintiff, and Mr Beswick for defendants.
Evidence' was called by Mr Stringer in support of his case.
The plaintiff's case was closed, and the Court adjourned until 10 a.m. to-day. -
