TO THE EDITOR OF THB PRESS. Sir, —Can you inform one whether there ia any city by-law forbidding the posting of bills on our telegraph poata and lamp posts.
For some months psut our telegraph posts (which iv their naked beauty are not things of joy) have been rendered hideous by being covered with numerous quack advertisements aud handbills of various frauds and oranks. .*? : Can nothing be done io stop this ?— Yours, dsc,, THOROUGHFARE.
