We cannot undertake to publish letters, copies of which have baen sent to any other journal. Correspondents desiring insertion of their communications should, therefore, eend us a statement that they have not- been and will uot be forwarded to auy other paper. During, the session of Parliament it is impossible for us to insert loujj letters. We must ask our correspondents therefore to make their remarks as concise as possible. K.
