(PBKSS ASSOCIATION TBLKGBAM ) WELLINGTON, March 11. J. J. Ingram was sentenced to six months' imprisonment with hard labour for stealing a cheque. The Crown Prosecutor entered a nolle prosequi in the case of Peter Stephen, an Assyrian, charged with perjury. Ceasare Pierctti, an Italian, was charged (1) with having attempted to murder Gaitano Rosso, and (2) attempted to do him actual bodily harm. The jury found him "Not guilty," and he was disoharged.
