(PRESS ASSOCIATION TELEGRAMS.) AUCKLAND, March 10! Tbe Hon. J. Carroll leaves for Wellington on Thursday. NAPIER, March 10. The warships Oelando, Katoomba, Ringaroomaand Wallaroo anchored in Napier waters this morning, They proceed to Auckland to-night. WELLINGTON, March 10. The Government have appointed Messrs J. Fro3tick, President of the Employers' Association, and R. Allan, boot manufacturer, as employers' representatives on the Canterbury Board of Conciliation, and Messrs G. P. Farquhar and Size on the Otago-Southland Board. Both Courts will sit shortly to discuss the boot trade dispute.
