Press Association—By Telegraph— Copyright London, March 7The prices of all medium, inferior, and merino wool, at the present series show an increase of fully 5 per cent.; lambs and best Geelong are unchanged; erossbreds are very firm at a farthing higher. The German representatives are the v chief operators, the Americans doing nothing. Sheepskins are in keen demand, and merinos have advanced one farthing, and crossbreds one-eighth. The English wheat market is dull, the Continental shows a little improvement, and the American is unchanged. At yesterday's sale 650 casks of tallow were offered,, of which 575 were sold. Medium mutton, 21s 8d ; medium beef, 19s 9d.
