"V*OTICE is Hereby Given that the following RESOi.i LUTIONS were PASSED at a meeting of the Ashley Road Board, held at the Road Board OtHce at Loburn on the fifth day of March, 1895, namely :— No. I—"That under and by virtue of Subsection 4 of Section 123 of the Public Works Act, 1894, the Ashley Road Board hereby declares the followmsr portion of the Downs road in the Ashley road district to be stopped, namely, all that portion of the said road containing 31 perches, more or less, lying between Rural Sections 10365 and 21273, and bounded towards the west by the road forming the western boundary of said Rural Sections 10365 and 21273, and towards the east by a right line drawn from a point on the northernmost side of said Downs road 185.7 links froni the southernmost corner of said Rural Section 21273 to a point on the southernmost side of said Downs road 200.7 Jinks from the north-west corner of Rural Section 10365, and coloured green on road diversion plan No. 555."
