London, February 17. The Waikato is loading for Auckland and Wellington, and is advertised to sail on the 25th of March. The Ruahine left Monte Video on the 14th inst.
(PRIJSS ASSOCIATION TKL-QR-M.) WELLINGTON, February 18. The Mariposa, with the English mails of January 25th, left San Francisco on February 7th, one day late, The Monowai, with the colonial mails of January 25th, arrived at San Franoisco on 'February 16tb, three days late. The Aotea left Capetown for Wellington on Saturday night.
