ACCIDENTS AND FATALITIES.
A lad named Robert Bryant, belonging to Lyttolton, was severely. burned at l'drb Levy on Tuesday night. He waa one of a party of grass seeders, and was living in a tent with a resident of Port Levy named Soloman. Bryant; apparently foil off to sleep with his candle still burning, aa Boloman was awukened by the smoke and flames. Thinking himself aloue he got out, but.not finding Bryant concluded he was still iv the tent. Solomau at once went baok, and wm badly burned about his neck, arms and hands' boforo he succeeded iv rescuing Bryant. The latter, who was very badly biunod, waa brought to Lyttelton and admitted to tho Casual Ward, where he now lies in a precarious condition. A lad named James Hendren was received into tho Hospital yesterday, suffering from a fractured .thigh. He was at Opawa, playing witb a cab wheel, which foil on him ami caused tho accideut. - Yesterday a boy named Ayera broke hir left forearm by falliug off a tree iv Armhgf , street. He was taken to the Hospital ftufl there attended to.
