Friday, December 13. (Before his Honour Mr Justice Denniston.) His Honour sat in Chambers at 11 a.m. UNION BANK OK AUSTRALIA V MILES AND CO. LIMITED. Mr Bruges applied herein for an order of discovery. Mr W. B. Cowlishaw appeared to consent, provided the order was made returnable in lour mouths. Hia Honour made the order as prayed in these terms. MILES AND CO. (LIMITED) V UNION BANK OF AUSTRALIA. In this case a similar order was made. DESPATCH FOUNDRY CO. V KILGOUR. This matter, which was an application for an injunction, was adjourned ior a week on the application of Mr Joynt for Mr Beswick,' Mr Cresswell consenting. PF.OB.VTES. His Honour made orders granting probate as under:-—Re James Stark, deceased (Mr Bishop) • ie Annie Thomas, deceased (Mr Slater); re Ann Ogg Edwards, deceased (Mr Kippenberger). HAY V NEW ZEALAND FARMERS' ASSOCIATION. Mr Kippenberger applied herein for settlement of decree. Mr Maude for the Farmers' Association. Hia Honour said that he desired the assistance of counsel on both sides, and would adjourn the matter until Tuesday, in order to allow of Mr Izard beiog present. Mr Kippenberger said that Mr Izard had written to his client, stating that he did uot intend to have any more to do witb the matter, Hia Honour said that the matter must stand till Tuesday. RE THOMAS ELLIS, DECEASED. Mr Wilding applied herein for the confirmation of the report of the Registrar as to the allowauce of commisaton to the executors. His Honour made the order as prayed. RE E. ARMITACE, DECEASED. Mr Wilding applied for an order approving of the aale of certain property. Hia Honour made the order.
