SUPREME COURT TRIALS.
(PRESS ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM.) WELLINGTON, December 13. In the Supreme Court Watts aud Fabian, charged with tne theft of defaced postage stamps, were acquitted, as were Wm. Doyle and Edward Ryan, charged with assault and robbery. Henry Coombs pleaded guilty to a charge of stealing goods from the warehouse of Sargood, Son and Ewen, and were remanded tor the Probation Officer's report.
