Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. London, December 12. I'he Times correspondent telegraphs that the Hamidian cavalry destroyed two hundred villages in the province ol Van. Fifty thousand homeless refugees are flocking into the city oi Van. A telegram appears in the Armenian organ of Constantinople stating that in all one hundred thousand unfortunates have been massacred and half a million more are wandering in the forests and mountains.
