A resolution was carried expressing regret at the Postmaster-General's decision re delayed telegrams, and suggesting that, if an alteration is necessary, 6d for twelve words, including signature and address, despatched as at present, be substituted, and a half-penny for each additional word ; also, that the holders of P.O. boxes be allowed, oh payment of a fee of ss, to register an abbreviated telegraph address.
