TO THE EDITOR OF THB PRESS SIE, —Iα answer to " New Chum " —First, clean your land. The best piece of clover I ever 'saw in my life waa after beans. Put your beans in 20in apart; horse hoe them until time to sow the clover. Hoe the seed in by man hoe —one gallon per acre (when I was a boy we always sowed seed by
