A WELLINGTON WAR DEPOT.
Mr G. W. Russell, who has beoa interesting himself in the direction of having a depot of warlike stores established in Wellington for the purpose of aiming merchant cruisers iv times of emergency, Ims received a communication from the Premier, to the effect that his Excelleucy is approaahing the Imperial authorities, whh a view to the establishment of such a depot.
