THE CASSEL GOLD EXTRACTING COMPANY.
At Wellington yesterday afternoon the Registrar of Patents delivered his decision in a case in which the Cassel Gold Extracting Company requested him to fix a date for hearing an application to amend the specifications for the letters patent granted to Forrest and Macarthur. The application wob opposed by the Attorney-General. The Registrar held that hia powers aa to the proposed amendments were suspended by the proceedings for the revocation of the patent, and could only be revived by an order of the Supreme Court.
