EXTRAORDINARY MEETING:
An extraordinary general meeting was held, at which resolutions were carried altering articles of the Association; Not. 60, 62, 80, and'creating new articles, glr&g every shareholder a vote in the'election of Directors and doing away with proxies. A meeting to confirm them alteration* was fixed for July 31st.
