THE WEATHER.

On Saturday and Sunday the weather was fine, but cold, until about nine o'clock last night, when rain began to full steadily. There was a fall of snow on the hills at the other side of the harbour on Friday night. At the head of the bay the fall was particularly heavy. Snow fell at Methven during the greater part of Friday, but it did not lie long on the flat. There has been a heavy fall in the back country. (PHESS ASSOCIATION TELEGRAMS). GREYMOUTH, June 16.
