Of the ex-students of Newnham, only 108 out of 920 have married, and at, Girton forty-one out of 372. Of the seventy-nine atudente of Girton who have obtained the certificates for the mathematical tripos six have married. Of the ninety-seven who obtained the classical tripos nine have married. Of the forty-seven who obtained " the natural science tripoa seven have married. The only etudent who passed the theological tripoa has married. Out of the thirty-seven who obtained the historical tripos three have married. Out of the forty I«dy atudente who have taken the ordinary pau degree fifteen have married—a much larger proportion, as will be seen, than imong the students who have obtained the honours degree.
