NOTICE OF INTENTION TO MAKE A BY-LAW. IT is hereby publicly notified that at a Special Meeting of the above Board, held on the 13th day of May last, it was resolved to make a By-law-prohibiting certain kinds of Heavy Traffic during tho winter months and regulating the width of the tyres of all vehicles engaged in such traffic. Notice is further given that a copy of the Proposed By-law is now on view at the Office of the Board, and will be open to the inspection of all the ratepayers during office hours for Thirty Days after this date.
