(PRESS ASSOCIATION' TELEGRAM.) NEW PLYMOUTH, June 6. The quantity and quality of ths oil obtained at Moturoa continues to be satisfactory, and Mr Fair has now pegged out sites for several new bores. Numerous applications are beinc made from other parts of the colony to Mr Fair to apply in Sydney for shares. Uc declines correspondence, but BUggests that persons wanting shares may authorise some person in New Plymouth to sign the request which is being made by New Plymouth applicants, to the number already of 3500 shares. The draft articles of the Association provide for 5000 shares of £1 each, of which half are to be paid-up shares, given for the Syndicate's property ; the deposit is 2s 6d, and future calls are to be limited to Is each. Mr Fair continues to be inundated with applications, and states that he finds it impossible to answer correspondence. Messrs Samuel and Fair leave per Rotomahana for Sydney on Wednesday.
