After the names had been called over, Mr Walker, the Clerk of the Court, addressing the Bench, said he would ask that the whole of the case 3 might, in the unavoidable absence of a Stipendiary Magistrate, stand over sine die, tne parties to be informed when arrangements had been made for the hearing. Mr Kippenberger wanted to know if there was any chance of the hearing being taken on Friday; if fixed for auy day in the following week, it would be exceedingly inconvenient for him and the other counsel who all had arrangements for that time. Mr Walker said that in fixing the date counsel would be consulted.
