THE ALLEGED CHILD MURDERS.
(press association telegram.) DUNEDIN, May 16. m Minnie Dean was charged at Milton thia morning with murdering Eva Hornaby. The police explained that they expected to find the child-J body at Clarendon, but it had been discovered in accused's garden at Winton, therefore the case would be ,taken in Invercargitl. Mr Hanion, for the defence, offering no objection, the accused was . remanded to, appear at Invercargili on Thuraday next. _ .•■ ■ INVERCARGILL, May 16. Charles Dean was charged this morning wiih the murder of two infants, and remanded, on the application of the police, j till May 23rd.
