RUSSIAN IMMIGRATION.
The Premier lias been informed that a Bit-sian nobis man has arrived at Auckland to make inquiries respecting the colony and that he will shortly arrive in Wellington. It is believed that his special mission is to repirt as to its population, its sources of industry and its suitability as a ground for Russian immigration.
