NEW ZEALAND RAILWAYS.
Mr Robert Pauling, of the North-Eastern Railway Company, England, is on a mission to New Zealand, one object of which is to enquire into the working of light railways, for which an agitation is going on in England. He speaks in terms of great praise regarding the Railway facilities in New Zealand.
