THE KAISER'S BIRTHDAY.
Sunday being the, birthday of the Emperor of Germany, the oocasion was duly observed in a festive manner on board the German warship Bussard, which is'in the Calliope dock at Auckland. The vesiel was decorated with bunting, and was visitJad by a large number of Aucklandera. \
