Sib, —An excellent custom prevails afc of the London theatres, and musio nails which, if adopted at bur I theatre, would at once end anyfjunseemiy crowding and crushing at the doors and in the, passage ■ entrances to unreserved seate. It is this. Arrivals prior to opening of doors, take, up their stand two abreast along the footpath .. according to priority. v A, barrier>.inside passage.and abreast of the ticket,window prevents admission of more than one person at a time, so that according to > arrivals outside priority of ohbioe of seat within is gained.
