DAIRY REGULATIONS.
The Taranaki News says that for the small price of 5s per 100 butter boxes, the brands put on by the New Zealand Government graders and inspectors in New Zealand can be effectually removed. While this may serve as an instance of the futile efforts of the Government to constitute itself a Board of Trade, it shows bow supremely ridiculous ie may make itself. Regarding the butter brands and then; removal, if the English consumers know they, should be.thore and do not find them, the best plan will be to insert in every box of butter a glass phial with the brand, &c.
