» SITTINGS IN CHAMBERS Tuesday, November 27. -. (Before his Honour Mr Justice Denniston.) His Honour sat in Chambers at 10.30 a.m. m'hale and another v m'hale. Mr Izard appliedherein for the taking of accounts before the Registrar. Mr Stringer appeared on the other side, and asked that only the accounts filed should be referred to tbe Registrar. There was a moss of accounts, some of which it was claimed had been settled. After some further discussion the matter stood over for a week. PROBATES, ETC. His Honour made orders for probate as under:—Re Wm. Stanloy, deceased (Mr Hall); re Thomas McDowoll, deceased (Mr Cowlishaw) ; re John S. Coote, deceased Mr Widdowson).
