RANGIORA MARKETS.

TUESDAY. There was a good attendance at the " markets to-day. Io the Northern. Central Yards of Mb W. Buss there waa an entry- -" of 1200 sheep, 154 cattle, and 170 pigs. The biddings were animated and a general clear* - ance in all lines, pigs however being, a shade easier than last week. The prices were:—Fat crossbreds in wool 15s 6d to 16s 6d, do (shorn) 10s to lis, fat merino wethers 12s to 13s, store merino wethers in wool 7_ 6d to Bs, crossbred hoggets-10* to 12s, crossbred ewes in lamb 9s to 13s 6d, merino ewes and lambs 7s 6d to 8., beef " equal to 25s per IGOlbs, two and a half year old store cattle £4 5s to £5, dry cows £5 10s to £5, 18 months cattle £2 10s to £2 15s, yearlings £!.10s to £2 ss, calves £1 to £1 fie, springer. £4 to £7, real ..good springers £8 to £8 10s. Pigs—Baconers 35s to 40s, porkers 15s, 18s to 255, .good stores 16s to 16s, small do 9s to 12s, weaners" 5s toßs.
