On the application of Mr Beswick in the Union Bank of Australia v South Canterbury Building Society and Mr Kippenberger in Timaru Harbour Board v Railway Commissioners, his Honour made orders giving leave to print documents for the Court of Appeal. RE SEED AND AGRICULTURAL COMPANY. Mr Andrews applied herein for an order dissolving the Company. His Honour made the order. BE GEO. CHATFIELD, DECEASED. On the application of Mr Slater his Honour made au order granting probate herein. ,
