The Siamese Government baa refused to bring into Courc the Mandarin Phrayot, who has already been tried and acquitted of the assassination of a French officer, which brought about the dispute between France and Siarn. They allege thai; they are afraid the French wiil eeize and place him on board a gunboat. A deadlock has consequently occurred. Pabis, June 11. The French warships at Saigon have been ordered to Bangkok to support the demand ior the surrender of Phravot.
