THE MARINE CONFERENCE. Hosaut, April 27. The Marine Conference adopted a scheme for uniformity in the coastal trade certificates. The Hon. P. 0. Fysh, Colonial Treasurer, who was President! at the Conference, said it must break down the barriers that had too long existed between the colonies in regard to the federated lighthouse system. Hβ also hoped to sea a universal postal system, and the accomplishment of federation which all desired.
