THE NURSES' HOME.
A special meeting of the Hospital Board ; was held at 2 p, no, yesterday; to deal wi%d tenders for the erection of a Nurses' Hont> Present—Messrs W. Moor (in the obftirj, H. G. Widdowaon, W. Dunlop, R »• Wood, J. Hamilton, C. M. Gnty, and & Malcock. The standing orders were suspended i-j order to rescind motions passed at the 6<sV« meeting on the 21st nit., and also the **' tension of time for receiving tendere. The resolutions passed at that meeting were then formally rescinded, and the Chairman's action in calling the present meeting was endorsed. The Board went into Committee to coneider the tenders received. Upon tw» Board resuming, the Committee reoom* mended that the whole Question of erecting thebuildiug be left in the Iwads of »W House Committee, to be finally de«;ided«« meeting of that Committee on Friosy evening, at 7.30. ...
